Feature Request: Implement Scrollspy for Dynamic Navigation

Objective :
The objective of this proposal is to suggest the integration of a Scrollspy feature into our React Hook Form documentation navigation system. The Scrollspy feature dynamically updates the navigation bar based on the user's scroll position, highlighting the corresponding navigation item for the currently visible section or component.
