A timeout parameter or property allows for a client sent timeout leading to a limited number of results but faster communication on the client side.

Parameter will be implemented separate from the OpenRefine query object. Value could be either milliseconds or seconds. Milliseconds allow for more customization while seconds are easier to write. If response times go down milliseconds are likely the better option.
