I am unable to replicate this, I use iTerm2 and cursor position is working fine. Does this happen to you consistently?

the cursor will appear as {cursor} while using, it's strange, maybe related to my iterm settings.

I am also facing the same issue. My default shell is zsh. I am also using https://zimfw.sh/

The {cursor} doesn't appear as it is though. The placeholder gets removed, but the cursor goes to the end of the command/text.

Looks like this has been fixed with the latest version of Raycast - 1.68.1

I'm having this issue right now and I don't know if it's a setting in iTerm (I don't have many customizations as far as I remember) or if it's still an issue with Raycast 🤔

Working as expected for me.

iTerm2 version: 3.5.0
Raycast version: 1.75.1
