incompatibility beetwen node12 and and gulp3 #404

As of node:slim (v12) the docker build does not work due to incompatiblity between node12 and gulp3.

Whether you upgrage gulp to 4 version you raise other issue.

As workaround I replace the from into Dockerfile by node:10-slim
