What should the tutorial program be

I think it should involve the following:

• Involves user navigation within the app (arrow keys probably)
• Several widget types (stateful list/tabs, paragraphs, boxes with and without borders, etc)
• 1 or 2 splits at most to introduce the way layouts work
• Something that the learner can then modify to make an interesting and useful app. (note taking? search results? file explorer?)

Any and all ideas are useful!
