From WebUI side we could add more logic that detects if there is zero progress for over 30min (even when connected to peers) and then offer the user a Reboot.

Also in generell during the sync in the future there should also be the option to activate "allow sync over clearnet" (that still needs a API & system work) but should already be considered for setup redesign.
