Kibana 2 end of life?

Hi rashidkpc,

There are quite a lot of excellent pull requests for Kibana 2 waiting to get merged. The last real merge has been months ago. This inactivity can only mean one thing: K2 is end of life. If so, may I suggest you add a 'end of life' notice in the readme, so everybody knows whats going on? No disrespect for your excellent work.
