Support for virtual network changes

As a wrapper for common task in virtual environments, network configuration tasks are very useful this allows simulation of network cable disconnects and movement, high level switch connections should be sufficiently common across infrastructure types.

This request expands on support being offered by #2 to getVmInterfaces() by requesting a setter methods such as setVmNetwork() or configureVmNetwork() that would need to address individual network interfaces offered on a VM.
