Hitting enter/return sometimes skips lines #133

This is reproducible even on the demo page:

Click to place your cursor right before "this div is the editor" and then press enter. The cursor jumps over all lines to the bottom of the page.

My best guess is this has to do with the markup (in this case <b>).
Is there a way to fix this?
