The e2e-test workflow keep generating new images: https://github.com/rancher/turtles/pkgs/container/turtles-e2e

On GitHub this has the side effect of keeping all the untagged images in storage: https://github.com/rancher/turtles/pkgs/container/turtles-e2e/versions

It would be best to cleanup the image after the e2e workflow is done. Possibly the image can be kept if the e2e test fails for further debugging, in that case I would consider a datetime tag instead of v0.0.1.
