Windhawk Multirow Taskbar hack allows Icons to move when clicked

Can somebody take a look at the Multirow Taskbar hack and see if an update will stop the Icons moving from one row to another. I only use two rows, but frequently when I click on something in the bottom row it moves up into the top row. Frankly, I would prefer the Icons (or shortcuts) remain in the same location. On this computer, I have 18 Icons in the top row and 15 in the bottom.
