Win11 taskbar with Desktop toolbar like Win10 - browsable folders with cascading levels

Win10 (and prior) allows adding toolbars to the taskbar (Address, Links, Desktop, custom).

I'm using the Windows desktop toolbar for "browsable folders with cascading levels" - a place on the taskbar from where I can browse the whole computer (preferably starting from Desktop/User folder) only with moving the mouse (without clicking) - cascading further inside (including in ZIP files), then right-clicking and/or dragging files/folders, copy/cut/paste/delete/rename, etc.

"Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher)" taskbar has that, but it changes other things along with that. I would like to have stock Win11 and only adding the Desktop toolbar '>>' capability.

As an alternative, you can try using this tool:

You can create a shortcut with the desired path, then pin it on the taskbar.

Alternatively you could use Directory Opus as File Explorer. There you can customize every little element of the GUI, other than in Win11. Also you can show cascading levels (see below) I highly recomend this program. In connection with the tool Listary you will have a very high level of productivity.
