When "taskbar volume control" is disabled, "taskbar minimize/restore on scroll" works. I was wondering if there's a way to disable volume control specifically on application icons.

Due to the way the Taskbar Volume Control mod handles mouse scroll events on Win11, it has no way of knowing if some other code handles it too. I have an idea how to improve it, but it's not a trivial change. Meanwhile, you can limit the mod to the notification (tray) area in the settings.

When "taskbar volume control" is enabled, it's impossible to use "taskbar minimize/restore on scroll."
