[Enhancement Request] Giveaway extractor: skip ended giveaways

With the community train there's the issue that often the giveaway extractor follows old, ended, very long trains.

Describe the solution you'd like.

I would be nice to have an option to skip ended giveaways completely, i.e. old community trains aren't followed. Filtering is not enough in this case.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

1. I tried starting directly with a selected giveaway to skip the links to the old trains, but sometimes I still end up there.

2. I tried following the train only in one direction. This works most of the time, but not always. And maybe when going forward only, the extractor might miss some links?

3. I know ended giveaways can be filtered, but since old trains are very long, it would be better to not even follow ended giveaways.
