Giveaway filter settings (3.21) are always exported and imported despite unchecking it during the export and import process.

Steps to Reproduce
Make local backup of all your ESGST setting except the giveaway filter settings (3.21) on computer 1
Import these settings on computer 2 using that local file but uncheck giveaway filter settings (3.21) before importing

Expected Behavior
All giveaway filter setting you applied on computer 1 should not be on computer 2 after importing
