[Proposed Feature] Multilanguage licenses?

Description of Feature:

I have a license in German and English.
The best practice says to put it in a LICENSE.txt.
What to do with multiple languages?
What I did now is to provide English in LICENSE.txt and German in LICENSE_DE.txt.
Guidance would be great.

What value is this feature adding to Source Cooperative?

Openness to non-English communities.

This could get tricky regarding differences in translations but the approach you're taking with separate license files per translation sounds like a good approach. I'd also recommend including the SPDX identifier for the license in the README just as an extra precaution
