PDF export formatting problems

With this theme enabled, pdf exports seem fairly broken. Issues I've found:

1. Forward/backward arrows at the top of the pdf export. With the default margin on the first page there's no problem, but on subsequent pages, it overlaps with text.
2. Empty bullets / numbers do not take up the correct amount of vertical space.

This seems to be the case with only the discordian theme enabled, no other plugins enabled.. Happens regardless of whether the discordian plugin is enabled.

I almost had the same problem, but in my case, PDF files are showing the title bar buttons.
