Load balancer EXTERNAL-IP is not getting created

I am trying to configure my infrastructure in new gen 2 clutsers. I have load balancer which worked fine with gen 1 cluster but when I migrated my infrastructure to gen 2 load balancer external ip address keeps in pending state. How can I solve this issue or how can I expose my service?

@sahakyansahak Apologies for the inconvenience. We don't see a request for Loadbalancer from your account currently, do you still have that service object?

I was creating my cluster in us-central-dfw-2, I have chaned it to us-west-sjc-1 in this region Load Balancer getting external Ip address without any problem. It seems the problem is in us-central-dfw-2.
