Billing issue

Hellp! We have a problem with closing documents after payment: we use four separate accounts, in which a corporate card is connected. During the month, about 100 invoices are generated in all accounts. Since we are a legal entity, this creates a huge load on our accounting department. Is it possible to write off from the card for all services rendered at the end of the month and generate one invoice? Thank you!

@gertem67 We are moving away for monthly billing cycle to use rapid billing, the system generates and invoice as soon as 25$ worth of services are accumulated in your account - this was done to mitigate large number of fraud in our system.

Hi! We are a legal entity, so we cannot process each individual invoice of $20 per day! You can write off funds every day, but at the end of the month generate one document for us with all write-offs for the month. This is the standard of work on the market and the standard of service for clients. I am not even talking about the fact that invoices should come by mail, so that the client does not have to log into each of the 5 accounts and manually download the invoices. Dear @gertem67 - invoices not getting sent via email (Stripe) is certainly a bug and not expected behavior.

Regarding why Spot bills the way it does - we do this to ensure that all bidders for capacity are in good standing. Spot is unusual from other cloud infrastructure offerings because it is truly a market driven mechanism; and that's what makes it such a good value. However, because it is a market based mechanism, it is critical for us to ensure that all participants in the market are treated fairly and are known to be in good standing.

We do this by rapidly billing users in small increments. I understand it can be challenging for a larger scale user such as yours, so we're willing to make exceptions to this on a case by case basis. We're also happy to incorporate any other suggestions on how we could do this differently without compromising on market integrity for all of our users - new and old.
