Provisioning is not working

• I attempted to create a cluster, with a mix of GPU and Compute nodes. Waited over 8 hours not one node provisioned, no error shown.

• Enabled HA ControlPlane - was billed for this but the cluster has no nodes, so this cluster is unusable.

• Status Page does not display any issue.

• Attempted to modify pools to delete/modify counts only for them to reset and not save.

• Deleted/Recreated the cluster and waited the 20 minutes. Provisioning continues to not work. No message, No status page impact.

Please advise how to proceed with provisioning?

Hey @daxroc , thanks for reporting. Seems like there was some downtime in the region you were using, you should see the nodes being provisioned now.

Apologies for the poor initial experience, @daxroc. We will look into and issue a service credit for the amount billed without the service being available.
