If you mean as an executable, no - but you can clone the repository and build the webpage locally with jekyll, then serve it locally (that's what I do when I'm developing changes). I'll add a readme at some point explaining how to get that set up.
Thanks that would be handy... Such a great tool I just wanted a copy
locally incase it ever gets taken down... If you could guide me how to use
your jekyll method it would be great appreciated
