Moving wp-nav-menu breaks current_menu_item #113

If I move the nav menu from header.php, for instance to sidebar.php, then the class current_menu_item is no longer applied (so I can't style it).

I've tried resetting the post count before the menu.

Is there something in functions.php or somewhere else that is targeting header.php and stopping the move from working?
