I experienced a weird issue with my credentials. When I try to connect to our OMERO server, QuPath throws me the following error and message
14:33:21.639 [ForkJoinPool.commonPool-worker-63] ERROR qupath.ext.omero.core.entities.repositoryentities.Server The provided owner was not found in the list returned by the server
Case 1 : if I hadn't check the box Enable logging in as a public user, I'm not able to access any data from the server (and any time I try to connect from the Manage server connection menu, I get this message)
Case 2 : if I had check the box, trying again to connect brings me to the browser, wihtout being logged-in. However, in that case, I have access to absolutely every data from the database. I don't know if it is because I'm admin and somehow my credentials were actually used to create a specific security context which is then used by the public session, or if it is a default config when enabling the public user which, in that case, should be avoided.
Unforunately, I didn't manage to reproduce this bug with another account ; only mine has such trouble. I already tested with another omero server and it worked properly.
