What happens when I press the right button? The text only describes a current development, not by how much the efficiency will change.

You can find all the settings in choices.js, e.g. for this particular choice, it sets the transport_car_using_diesel_mix_efficiency input to 2:

    key: 'fossilCarEfficiency',
    icon: 'car',
    inputs: {
      transport_car_using_diesel_mix_efficiency: 2
    }

Needless to say, this should/could include also include gasoline cars.
