Create adapters

Create one general adapter with the ability to:

• add kpis (already implemented)

• export_esdl

  • Requirements micro: see 1.1, page 11
  • Requirements meso: see 2.1, page 17 (identical to micro)
  • Requirements macro: see 3.1 & 3.3, page 22 & 24

• create_with_context

  • Requirements micro: see 1.2, page 12

• create_scenario

  • Requirements macro: see 3.2 & 3.4*, page 23 & 25*

• add profiles (expansion of existing adapter) to all assets (MW/h)

  • Requirements macro: see 3.4, page 25
