How do I ensure that my website doesn't auto-zoom on mobile?

The site looks awesome on browser! And when it launches on mobile, it looks like the screenshot

Your table overflows the mobile width. It's not a zoom in.

Use your favourite browser and use the developer/inspect mode.
With it you'll be able to simulate mobile view and see the various CSS breakpoints to add one of the responsive class (https://quarto.org/docs/authoring/tables.html#using-bootstrap-classes)
