Fetching WCAG Conformance Level

Is there any way to fetch the Conformance Level for WCAG 2 guidelines in Quail? As far as I can see there is no information about the conformance level in wcag.yaml mapping, nor in the results object returned by Quail's complete callback.

If it's not there what are your thoughts for implementing it? We think it could be very valuable information.

I.e. considering 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: Information, structure, and relationships conveyed through presentation can be programmatically determined or are available in text.

Conformance Level would be Level A.
