New sufficient WCAG techniques (ARIA)

Since a few weeks the source code of W3C WCAG2 is in Github. Handy as we can now track diff in the texts and can see what will integrated in new versions.
See for example (https://github.com/w3c/wcag/blob/master/wcag20/sources/guide-to-wcag2-src.xml and check for <item diff="add">
You can now track that in 1.1.1 ARIA6 and ARIA10 are (proposed to be) a sufficient technique.

Still draft, but we can now already see which tests we could add.

Since 11 March the new version of WCAG techniques is published on http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/
ARIA-techniques are now officially sufficient techniques to comply for WCAG2.
Will start adding this techniques
