Identify the minimal code necessary which takes the default Williamstown dataframe and adds a column "in_white_oaks" whose entries are 1 or 0 (or True or False). Note: this likely needs to include a hard-coded list of street names. (the long-term ask involves working with shapefiles and so on, outside the scope here).

Write a script (.py) which achieves these same things, or find an existing file to include them in.
