显示网速一种没用，用了别人的版本也是BUG一堆，最后还是换回来这个版本。

至于显示网速功能，因为macOS的原因，很早就失效了，一直没用移除而已。详情见#5

准备周末用nettop替换掉sar，重写这个功能🤖
