Add torrent window resizes left pane when its really the left pane you want to resize when you increase the window size or maximize.

I submitted bug request #21380 which is somewhat related to this. In that bug I was pointing out that it was difficult to view the filenames in the content view easily. I never download the full fileset at once.
I feel that it wasn't clear that the horizontal scrollbar in the content view panel wasn't easily accessible.

I recognize the desire to display so much in the add torrent window but ideally, a tab instead of a splitter and panels would be more useful considering the weird window scrollbar adjacent to the scrollbar of the tile.

Forgive the dark theme I'm using but the image indicates the weird scrollbars.
