Right now the integration tests for Volcano, KFP, Slurm and AWS Batch are arll running on real clusters in AWS. For most of these we can run local docker based test clusters which should make it easier for external contributors to debug, make them fully reproducible environments, and reduce maintenance overhead/costs for the prod clusters since we don't have to worry about security etc.
