Fix navbar look when toggler is used #139
Description
This issue consists of 2 minor problems:
- the navbar pushes content down when toggler is used, it should overlay it
- when it is unfolded on mobile there are color differences of some background and the bottom bar (grey / black).
The fix should be make navbar overlay content and have uniform color.
