Feature Request - Support the Move action

rope has rope.refactor.move to move global classes/functions/variables around and update imports. It would be nice to be able to invoke that from the editor.

I’m also interested in this feature! I’m curious about how it could be implemented as a 'code action', especially since specifying the target file or class might require user input.
Are there any thoughts on how to handle this?
