Idea is:

$ manage bookmark fup "git fetch upstream"
$ manage bookmark rbum "git rebase upstream/master"
$ manage bookmark createadmin "manage adduser --admin --username={0} --email={1}"

then the bookmarks will be saved in local manage.yaml

manage fup
manage rbum
manage createadmin Bruno [email protected]
