It took me a day to find out what was going on
Your demos are 64 bit my dll is 32 bits
so please designate that in the read-me

https://github.com/pyscripter/python4delphi/wiki/FindingPython clearly stales that:

32-bit Delphi applications only work with 32-versions of Python and 64-bit Delphi applications only work with 64-bit versions of Python.
