Can I shift (move up/down) or scale (inc. or dec.) a line in a graph please?

I'm not sure if it exists and I'm missing it , can someone guide me please?

I have two lines in a graph , I want to see if there is a connection between the 2 things I'm measuring , but I measure both differently when inputting the values in my daily notes,

So I need to modify the lines in the graph to see the data more clearly.
