PyMuPDF-1.25.4 released

PyMuPDF-1.25.4 has been released.

Wheels for Windows, Linux and MacOS, and the sdist, are available on pypi.org and can be installed in the usual way, for example:

python -m pip install --upgrade pymupdf

[Linux-aarch64 wheels will be built and uploaded later.]

Changes in version 1.25.4 (2025-03-14)

• Fixed issues:

  • Fixed Unexpected result for apply_redactions() #4079
  • Fixed MuPDF error: format error: negative code in 1d faxd #4224
  • Fixed page.get_image_info() returns outdated cached results after replacing image #4303
  • Fixed FzErrorFormat Error When Deleting First Page #4309
