Is it possible to install pylbm_ui on windows or mac and is the procedure?

The interface should work on Windows and Mac OS.
The installation procedure is the same for both of them since we use mamba or conda.

@bgraille already uses it on Mac Os.

I don't have a windows OS so I can't test this part.
