Text from partner program email I would send:

Hello,

My name is Pablo Rivera and I’m the PyATL Corporate Outreach Lead.

Below is a description of our Corporate Partner Program. I’d love to talk more about It with you.

PyATL Corporate Partner Program

The objective of the Corporate Partner Program is to connect organizations and the PyATL community.

Benefits

Connect with local talent who may be interested in joining your organization
Promote openings at group events at no cost (You may address the group directly during a segment of our meetings)
Collaborate with the PyATL corporate outreach lead in the search for candidates
Be featured on the Pyatl web properties as a partner
Share your news with the PyATL membership
Promote your openings on the PyATL social media accounts

The program’s focus is to offer a very low effort alternative to typical recruiting efforts. Our goal is to help you identify potential candidates in a very competitive market. The advantage of this program over regular recruiting efforts is that we are leveraging the group’s membership and network and making them accessible to you at no-cost.

The program is free to all organizations.

Considerations

As a partner, we request that you are open and consider the following:

Hosting a PyATL event in your offices (in the case that the organization has Atlanta locations)
Sponsor special PyATL events
Have your personnel present technical talks at our events
Have your recruiting team attend our events
Share any upcoming contracts or request for proposals (RFPs) with our membership

I created a google doc and left some comments about possible changes that will help make the partnership program more clear.

Next step: get a new page created at pyatl.dev/partners and post the content.
