Add reframe() function for datar library ?

Hi pwwang, first of all I would like to express my most honest thanks for your meaningful work on creating this wonderful library, which has made my data wrangling tasks much more convenient.

However, it seems that your library does not offer the reframe() function (the more general version of mutate() and summarise() ).

Therefore, I would like to suggest this function for your future update. Below is an example in R:

# `reframe()` allows you to apply functions that return an arbitrary number of rows
# reframe() is a more general workhorse than summarise() and mutate(),
# with no requirements on the number of rows returned per group.

  reframe(
