Hello, I am using my own camera for DIY, but it displays the following error:
[ERROR] video_capture.uvc_backend: Could not connect to device! No images will be supplied.

same issue i am also facing but still no solution found

i though it was hardware issue and replaced my camera with a new web cam , the feed is able to come in windows default 'camera' . but not in the pupil-3.5 windows 64 release. in order to understand i open the ipython and there i try to open the feed with uvc using

import uvc
uvc.device_list() # shows connected device with usb, in output i am able to see my all 3 camera 2(pupils-labs ir camrea) & 1 my world camera , here the manufacture name is missing but uuid is there
capture=uvc.Capture(uvc.device_list()[2]['uuid']) # as 2 is my world feed camera when i hit this line the ipython throws intialization error and open error from uvc

so conclusion seems it is library level error , the dependency required by pupils-labs software; how to resolve is still a question and expecting community to help it out
