Expected behavior

The mileage rate should be auto-populated as 65.5 cents

Actual behavior

The mileage rate is auto-populated as 65.5 dollars

Steps to replicate

Add a new anticipated expence of type "mileage"

Impact of this bug

I'm not sure how to submit my travel request, maybe there's a workaround but I'm not sure.
