I have the volume for YouTube set to 1% but this will change to 21% at random, shattering my ears and crushing my dreams of being an astronaut. Hopefully this can be fixed soon ^^

Also having this issue. I was about to create an issue for it, but then I found this open issue.

The volume control is wildly volatile for me, going from 20% to 6% to 32% to 28%. And all that just in about a 30 second span.
