Hey. Thanks for creating an issue. We're thinking about possibility for users to decide which json libraries are going to be used, but right now it's undecided when, how and which libraries will be available.

@Carlos-Ot Can I ask what exactly is your concern with current implementation? What are you looking for exactly in possibility to change the json lib?

Hello @kleewho It's nothing too urgent, only that we are updating our project to use Kotlin Serialization and I thought that it would be nice to have PubNub working with it. But if it's not on the road map, then it's fine by me. I asked because I noticed that this ticket was old.
