rehaul bookmarking, such that anything - stories, events, concepts - can be bookmarked, and it is just a "save for later" kind of functionality.

AFAIK this just involves adding the "bookmarks" property on users, with an inverse "bookmarkers" on the entity, and add it to each of the above entities (stories, events, concepts), and updating the api endpoints accordingly.

not 100% sure if this is necessary in a simplified version. stories may not be explicitly surfaced to the user; that is, events are just part of stories but stories do not have pages of their own. in which case, you can't really bookmark a story.
