IE 9 compatibility

Is the upload view compatible with IE9?

I think I am getting some problems.

Do you have some specifics? I just merged a typo that would have effected IE, commit: f4bf1d5

Let me double check, will try your fix. What I remember is:

• Having to double click the button to start the download, instead of just clicking.
• A cursor been rendered by the button.

Will try with your fix and see.

I am having exactly the same behavior with the latest version, did you manage to test with IE 8 or 9?

The double click issue is a serious usability problem. Users don't upload as they identify that the button is broken.

the cursor is only cosmetic, but annoying...
