try to uninstall the driver at first from the device manager and then reinstall untill you got the installation success notification, then restart your pc and open the app prismatic, hope it help cuz mine it's work

This error appeared after the driver update. The 2024 driver with an error. The 2019 driver does not contain errors. Rollback the driver in the Device Manager.
