Allow ironing on "Top solid layer" in vase mode

Problem Description
In version 2.5.0 we can choose All top surfaces, Topmost surface, or All solid surfaces. In vase mode the appropriate place to iron is actually the top solid surface. This adds a bit of water fastness and improves the finished look of the inside of the vase.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an additional selection option of "Top solid surface" that would iron only the top solid surface.

**Current work around is to select "All solid surface" but this needlessly irons all the base layers which actually leads to blobs forming around the perimeters.

Additional context
Note, selecting Topmost surface does not actually iron the top of the vase, which could be implemented once the issue: Graceful end of vase mode print #7932 has been fixed.
