Prowler not able to find a meta_data file while performing security check for aws.

I installed the prowler throguh git hub and while running prowler python script with aws configured,I am getting this error !:

Hi @Nikhil0309, did you manually check if that file is present in your Prowler folder? How did you install Prowler?

Hello there, the file is indeed in the correct location. But windows was encoding the path differently because of large length of path. I changed this behaviour of windows. Now it is working fine.

Coming to other part , I have cloned the official repo into my system and started using it .

It'd be great to push those changes in a PR so we can take advantage of it for other Prowler users using windows.
